Gary Brown

Gary is an experienced broadcaster, syndicator and digital executive. With almost three decades of experience, he has launched careers of talent and managers across the country, content initiatives to drive brand recognition, ratings and revenue growth throughout his career. Currently, the CEO of Talent Dynamics he owns and oversees the talent placement and coaching service to the broadcast industry. Gary Brown along with his partner Patrick McCreery formed Glass City Talent, LLC to make investments in niche broadcasting and digital companies, Talent Dynamics is their first investment. Prior to forming Glass City Talent, he was the Senior Vice President of Content, for Meredith's local media group. Brown led the development and build out of the creative and design groups that created image promotion and graphics across the station group. He also launched the syndicated People the TV show for Meredith airing in all 12 of the company’s markets. Brown also implemented content centers across the group, developed the company’s OTT and mobile apps and digital content initiatives that help increased engagement and revenue across the group. He was heavily involved in all recruitment of News Directors, General Managers and Talent across the station group.
Before joining Meredith in 2018, he was Vice President of Talent Development for the Napoli Management Group, one of the largest news talent representation firms in the country, where he represented more than 90 clients. Prior to that, Brown was Vice President of News for Newport Television, where he oversaw television stations in 22 markets. He was involved in all aspect of the tv group operations and heavily involved in the M & A process.


Patrick McCreery

Patrick is an experienced broadcast executive who most recently served as President of the Meredith Local Media Group through its sale in December of 2021. He is also a recovering journalist who believes in the power of local journalism and the service it provides to each community we serve.
Throughout his nearly 30-year career, Patrick has strived to provide value and growth for both companies and individuals. “Joining Talent Dynamics allows me to focus 100% of my efforts on recruiting and placing the best, most talented people with our world-class clients.”
Patrick has served the broadcast industry on the TV Board of the NAB, the CBS Affiliate Board, the Television Operators Caucus, and the Board of the Oregon Association of Broadcasters.
He has also served on the boards of several non-profit organizations and currently oversees the McCreery Family Giving Fund.


Sandra Connell

Sandra leads a team of media specialists and coaches that serve our station clients, networks, syndicators, business and broadcast professionals worldwide. She is admired as a leader in the television news business for her integrity, expertise and her influence in countless careers over three decades. Sandra is the architect of the most sophisticated database and video library in the television industry with background information on over 40,000 broadcasters. Her unparalleled contacts with media representatives and executives have put Talent Dynamics in the top tier of media recruiting and coaching companies in the US and abroad.


GRETA MULLER

GRETA MULLER has been coaching for over 22 years. She transitioned behind the cameras after a successful career in broadcast as a spokeswoman and actress. Since 1998 Greta has coached thousands of on-air talent, including sportscasters and talk show hosts, as well as the corporate non-professional speaker, serving Fortune 500 executives, small boutique agencies, entrepreneurs, government agencies and non-profits. Her focus is to empower her clients through imaginative solutions, always focused on developing authentic story telling skills that align with the message, company culture and mission. The second edition of her award winning book, OPENING YOUR PRESENCE was released in 2022 and addresses the additional communication challenges of a post-pandemic world. Greta is a public speaker spreading her message of better communications through authenticity and conducts workshops on a variety of topics.


SORBONI BANERJEE

SORBONI BANERJEE is a coach with 22 years of tv broadcasting experience as an Emmy-award winning news anchor and reporter in major markets including Boston and Tampa. Sorboni is also a published novelist and transitioned behind the cameras after discovering a passion for teaching on-air skills to fellow authors and others during the pandemic. Sorboni focuses on the importance of storytelling in news, and works with clients to create tangible, action-based plans to align on-air delivery with mindset, and build more meaningful, authentic connections with their audiences. Sorboni is also the co-founder of the non-profit YA by the Bay, turning readers into leaders, and teaching young adults that you can be "the author of your own life."


Marlene Keirbow

Marlene is a Broadcast Journalism professional with over 30 years in the news and corporate communications industry. Most recently she worked as a weekend trafic anchor for WFAA in Dallas. With a background in front and behind the lens, she has anchored, directed and produced thousands of hours of live and pre-taped broadcast and multi-media events for a number of clients. Starting in radio and news at an early age, she continues to love good story telling and creating conversation with the viewers. She has managed numerous live broadcasts, webcasts and video productions, coaching hundreds who have never been in front of the camera or read a teleprompter before.


Rob Willman

Rob brings over 25 years of experience in both the broadcast and corporate communications world. He was previously a news and sports anchor, and his time in sports afforded him the opportunity to keep his shooting and editing skills sharp. Rob most recently produced and anchored training videos for the medical, law enforcement and emergency responder professions. He is still active in the local freelance world as a shooter, reporter and play-by-play announcer. A Dallas native, Rob holds a degree in Radio/TV/Film from the University of North Texas.


Heather Dunn

Heather Lovett Dunn has more than 25 years of broadcast news experience as a newscast producer, executive producer, managing editor and senior content director at stations throughout Arizona. She’s worked at KTVK, KVOA, KPHO, and won three Rocky Mountain Emmys during her time at KPNX. Most recently, Heather oversaw Cronkite News, the student-powered newscast on Arizona PBS at Arizona State University’s Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication. During her tenure, students won national awards for their work. Her true passion is helping connect people with jobs, which she has done with dozens of students throughout her time at Cronkite. She is a member of the SPJ’s Award and Honors committee, Rocky Mountain NATAS’s Membership and Outreach committee and will be the Festival Chair for the Broadcast Education Association’s Festival of Media Arts.


Julie Pumphrey

Julie works primarily with female and weather talent. She also communicates daily with our Senior Recruiters, updating them for the talent searches we conduct for our clients. Julie studied Foreign Language at The University of Alaska and later went on to work for many years in the marketing, print and promotional product industry as an Account Manager. She is thrilled to be a part of the Talent Dynamics team!


Debra Damiano Annick

Debra brings 10 years of experience as a Placement Specialist at Talent Dynamics. She works primarily with all male “on-air” news talent and all sports talent. This is a natural evolution of her more than 20 years of experience as an anchor and reporter. Debra has done every job in the newsroom from producing to one-man band (today’s MMJ) and knows the industry from the inside, and now, outside. She began her career in Binghamton, New York and worked locally in Dallas as a reporter and anchor. She eventually put down the microphone and started teaching young TV journalists the tools of the trade. She continues to consult with schools that have television programs and is available as a guest lecturer and consultant in the industry.
This business is about building trust and relationships! She finds that common ground with talent and can talk with them about shared experiences in the industry. I look forward to working with talent as they navigate their careers and hear their story. Everyone has a story! What's yours?


Abigael Jaymes

Abigael is an award winning, and Emmy nominated journalist who brings energy and enthusiasm to her role as a placement specialist at Talent Dynamics where she works primarily with Producers. As a former broadcast journalist, Jaymes has deep knowledge and understanding of the industry. She also has firsthand experience dealing with producers in a newsroom and understands what they face day in and day out. Jaymes earned a reputation as a connected, compassionate storyteller who excelled at shooting, writing, editing, and reporting memorable stories. She enjoys public speaking and has emceed many galas and fundraisers. Jaymes is passionate about networking and building strong connections. Originally from the wine country of Ohio, she now resides in the Orlando area. In her spare time, she enjoys golfing, going to Walt Disney World and fishing the oceans and lakes all over Florida from her kayak


Erin Logan

For nearly two decades, Erin Logan was an anchor/reporter all over the country. She’s worked in small, medium and large markets from Presque Isle, Maine to New York City.
Most recently, Erin was an evening anchor/reporter for the CBS/CW affiliate in Cleveland and a reporter for CBS in New York City, the nation’s number one television market. She spent five years (2011-2016) as an anchor/investigative reporter in Connecticut. Logan has also taught media courses and workshops at the University of Bridgeport, Quinnipiac University and the University of Notre Dame. She currently teaches Public Speaking at Boston College.
Erin is thrilled to join Talent Dynamics as a Placement Specialist where she can work with skilled journalists who have a true passion for good storytelling. Being in the field and at the desk on high profile (many tragic) stories, Erin knows how to keep viewers informed and engaged while still showing empathy. Early in her career, she produced and anchored her shows so she knows how to work with reporters to craft a quality newscast from start to finish.
In 2000, Erin graduated Magna Cum Laude from Syracuse University. She went on to get her Master’s in Broadcast Journalism at Boston University. In 2019, she earned an online certificate in Nonprofit Executive Leadership from the University of Notre Dame.
Erin enjoys planning philanthropic events, emceeing events and giving motivational speeches at high schools, colleges and women’s groups.
Glass City Talent
Veteran broadcast executives Gary Brown and Patrick McCreery formed Glass City Talent, LLC in March 2022, it is a company that will invest in niche companies in the broadcast media industry. Brown and McCreery formed the partnership after working together as part of the Meredith Local Media Group senior leadership team until the company’s sale in December 2021.
Glass City Talent’s first investment and partnership is with Talent Dynamics, a leader in placement and coaching in the broadcast industry for over 30 years. Brown will become CEO at Talent Dynamics, and McCreery will lead in a business development role. Sandra Connell continues as the President of Talent Dynamics.
The origins of the name Glass City Talent go back to where Brown and McCreery grew up in Toledo, Ohio. Toledo earned the Glass City nickname when it was considered the glass manufacturing capital of the world. That’s also where Brown and McCreery first met and worked together in a newsroom early in their careers.
