Sandra is the architect of the most sophisticated database and video library in the television industry with background information on over 40,000 broadcasters. Lynn Gartley, Executive Vice President, Coaching Services
In addition to a full range of clients in television and business, Lynn also coordinates the activities and curriculum of the Coaching Services. She has worked in communications, teaching and coaching for over 30 years. Over the course of her career, she has developed and conducted a number of workshops for clients at television stations and state and national organizations. Lynn has also produced and directed entertainment programs, documentaries and series for sweeps. She holds a Ph D. and has had a successful career in university teaching at Northwestern University and Southern Methodist University, and serves as a consultant to university programs in television and journalism.

JJ Davis, Vice President
JJ is a 20-year broadcasting veteran who has served Talent Dynamics’ clients since 1997. She works primarily with News and Promotion managers, executive producers and producers.  She started her career in various on-air and off-air positions, and has over a dozen ADDY awards for her achievements as a Promotion Manager and Creative Services Director. For years broadcasters looking for new challenges have relied on JJ’s knowledge and keen sense of people to match them with the right career opportunities. She started as a Placement Specialist with Talent Dynamics, and was promoted to the position of Vice President in 2000.

Regent Ducas, Director of Business Development/Sports

Carolynn Grimes, Media and Coaching Specialist
Carolynn is a former broadcast news anchor and reporter and has worked as a public relations marketing consultant.  In addition she has taught broadcast journalism at one of the top performing arts school in Florida.  Her background also includes television commercials, industrial videos and extensive narration and voice-over work.  Her personal experience enables her to help news broadcasters and other professionals improve their delivery and communication skills for maximum impact.  Carolynn received her Bachelors degree Journalism from New Mexico State University.

Christina Hedding, National Newscast and Job Board Manager

Christina heads up our National Newscasts Library, Video Observer Network, TVNewsCloset and manages our Job Board.  She handles numerous operational aspects of the company and is the secret behind many things that happen at Talent Dynamics.  Her expertise in various forms of publishing puts the finishing touch on Talent Dynamics' workshops and seminars.  Christina studied dance at The University of Texas at Austin and is still active in the dance world as a teacher, contest administrator and adjudicator at dance/drill team competitions and auditions nationwide.

Lewis Johnson, Coaching Specialist

Lewis broadcasted his fifth Olympics for NBC in Beijing in 2008. Whether it be as a Track & Field Analyst at the Summer Games, a Reporter during the Winter Olympics, or the many other sporting events he's covered, Lewis has analyzed and interviewed athletes on some of the biggest stages in sports. He's using his experience in telelvision and passion for teaching to help athletes and coaches become more effective communicators with the media by giving them the tools to be credible, forward their brand and always have something of value to say.
