Lynn Gartley, Executive Vice President, Coaching Services
In addition to a full range of clients in television and business, Lynn also coordinates the activities and curriculum of the Coaching Services. She has worked in communications, teaching and coaching for over 30 years. Over the course of her career, she has developed and conducted a number of workshops for clients at television stations and state and national organizations. Lynn has also produced and directed entertainment programs, documentaries and series for sweeps. She holds a Ph D. and has had a successful career in university teaching at Northwestern University and Southern Methodist University, and serves as a consultant to university programs in television and journalism.

JJ Davis, Vice President
JJ is a 30-year broadcasting veteran who has served Talent Dynamics’ clients since 1997. She works primarily with News and Promotion managers, executive producers and producers.  She started her career in various on-air and off-air positions, and has over a dozen ADDY awards for her achievements as a Promotion Manager and Creative Services Director. For years broadcasters looking for new challenges have relied on JJ’s knowledge and keen sense of people to match them with the right career opportunities. She started as a Placement Specialist with Talent Dynamics, and was promoted to the position of Vice President in 2000.

Lou Michaels, Coaching Specialist
For over 20 years Lou has coached television news broadcasters, corporate executives, professional speakers and actors.  Her warmth,  energy, focus and her professionalism are appreciated by clients worldwide.  Lou works with television news talent to connect with the viewer by developing the broadcasters’ credibility through a compelling delivery and an engaging presence. Lou also works with executives of international and Fortune 500 companies, to help them handle any business situation with confidence, ease and credibility. Her business, executive and professional coaching includes: media training, presentation skills, keynote speaking and speech editing, power point presentation and the communication skill sets necessary to transition up within the organization.

Rob Willman, Director of Web and Video Operations
Rob brings over 25 years of experience in both the broadcast and corporate communications world.  He was previously a news and sports anchor, and his time in sports afforded him the opportunity to keep his shooting and editing skills sharp.  Rob most recently produced and anchored training videos for the medical, law enforcement and emergency responder professions.  He is still active in the local freelance world as a shooter, reporter and play-by-play announcer.  A Dallas native, Rob holds a degree in Radio/TV/Film from the University of North Texas.

Christina Hedding, Operations Manager
Christina oversees various aspects of the day to day operation at Talent Dynamics.  She works closely with our client HR Departments to make sure their job openings are maintained properly on the Talent Dynamics Jobs Page. She also monitors and edits newscasts from television markets for the Talent Dynamics National Talent Library. Christina studied dance at The University of Texas at Austin and is still active in the dance world as a teacher, contest administrator and adjudicator at dance/drill team competitions and auditions nationwide.

Jim Grimes, Coaching Specialist
Jim Grimes is an on-air talent coach and corporate media and crisis training specialist.  Jim has more than 20 years of experience as an award winning television news anchor and reporter in several top ten markets.  Jim has also been a broadcast teacher and mentor, helping to launch dozens of careers in radio and television.  In addition to his background in broadcasting he has worked in corporate communications and helped business professionals, television analysts and politicians to effectively communicate their message to the media.  Originally from Florida, Jim has a BA in Communications from the University of Texas Arlington.  He has lived and worked in Ft Myers, West Palm Beach, Raleigh, Houston and Dallas.

Susan Kamyab, Placement Specialist
Susan has been working at Talent Dynamics since May 2011 as a Placement Specialist. Originally from Shreveport, LA, she was raised in Dallas and loves the city.  She is a graduate of the University of North Texas, with a degree in Radio/Television/Film.  She has four years of broadcast experience, writing, producing and reporting.  She is  currently a freelance reporter doing movie reviews for a local station.   Most recently, she was producer/host of “Reel Talk” that airs locally several times a year.  Susan looks forward to helping TD clients find the best broadcasters in the industry.

Quentin McKeon, Placement Specialist
Quentin has been interning since August 2011 and is now working for Talent Dynamics in the Placement Division.  He recently graduated with honors recognition from The University of North Texas, earning a degree in Radio, Television and Film.  Quentin is also an independent video editor and has been doing freelance work for seven years.  As a placement specialist, Quentin is excited to be directly in contact with talent and continue to build the excellent reputation that Talent Dynamics has earned.
